| August 1, 2011 - Supreme Court Win Nash Law Group congratulates Attorney Michael Lauterbach on a successful Wisconsin supreme court result in DeBoer Transportation, Inc. v. Charles Swenson, 09-AP-564. The court, in a 5-2 decision, decided that employers are not subject to liability for refusing to change work policies to accommodate injured employees' personal obligations. | October 1, 2009 - Marshfield Office is Up & Running! The law offices of Nash Law Group Attorneys at Law, S.C. are now in Marshfield! Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 4:00, with the exception of Tuesday, when the office opens at 10:00 am. We are staffing the office daily as follows: Mondays - Jim Tuchscherer Tuesdays - Greg Jerabek Wednesdays - Dick Weymouth Thursdays - Bob Kryshak Fridays - Amy Boettcher In addition, Mike Lauterbach will be available for appointments. Due to required court appearances, there may be occasions where the office is closed during office hours. Please call ahead before stopping by unless you have a scheduled appointment. Visit us at our offices on the second floor of The Thomas House, 103 South Central in Marshfield. The main entrance to the Marshfield office is located off of the Veterans Parkway (across the street from Kwik Trip). Walk up the stairs to the second floor, and our office is located at the top of the stairs. The back entrance can be accessed from the opposite side of the building. Please note that an elevator is located just inside the back entrance for your convenience. |
