It is not uncommon for people to feel lost or frustrated by the legal process. People often have a difficult time navigating their cases because the rules and deadlines can get confusing (trust me, you’re not going crazy!). Facing legal challenges is never something you should have to do alone. You deserve to have a fierce advocate in your corner to help you navigate this process and have your voice heard.
I strive to be that advocate by listening to your story, identifying potential legal pathways, and strategizing with you to help achieve your goals. As someone with a background in community organizing, I value my ability to develop strong relationships with clients and pursue creative yet powerful solutions to any problem we face.
My decision to become an attorney was motivated by my unwavering passion for justice, fairness, and truth. I pursued this passion after graduating from Howard University by working as a community organizer in my hometown, Denver, Colorado. During that time, I advocated for reforming areas of the law that were failing my community. While working in that field, I saw how many people needed help with the day-to-day legal challenges they faced. I decided that being an organizer wasn’t enough. I needed to become an attorney. I have recently graduated from the great University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and am excited to serve the Wisconsin Rapids community!
In my free time I enjoy running track and watching terrible movies (I especially enjoy the ones that are so bad they’re unintentionally funny!). I am also an outdoor enthusiast and love going on new adventures.
