About

Nash Law Group was formed in the early 1940s by Ray Graves and Samuel Casey.  Casey eventually left the firm to become president of Nekoosa-Edwards Paper Co., and in the 1950s and 1960s, the firm was known as Chambers, Nash, then Chambers, Nash & Pierce.  The current building was constructed in 1965, and expanded in 1980 as the firm continued to grow.  A second Nash Law Group office, located in downtown Marshfield, opened in 2009.

Today, Nash Law Group is a full-service law firm representing both businesses and individuals.  We handle matters ranging from adoption to estate planning to complex civil litigation, and virtually everything in between.  Our firm includes attorneys with specialized expertise in estate planning, family law, personal injury, business and corporate law, and appeals.  (For a full list of the kinds of cases we handle, see our Practice Areas page.)  We take a team approach, with each of our attorneys drawing on the expertise of the entire firm to provide the best possible results for our clients.

In addition to their legal work, our attorneys make a point to be active in our community.  In addition to serving in legal organizations, such as the Wood County Bar Association and State Bar Association, our attorneys are active in the YMCA, the Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, the United Way, and other local churches and service organizations.

Nash Law Group strives to provide you with the best legal experience possible. We are ethical, aggressive and effective, and focus on client satisfaction and positive results in everything we do. Let us put our intimate knowledge of the law to work for you.
